The SHADOWCAT Program

A structured approach to developing custom support yacht platforms — aligning operational vision, engineering and construction from the very beginning.

Programmes don’t fail on ambition. They fail on definition.

The Program Integrator

SHADOWCAT represents the combined naval architecture, shipbuilding and program expertise required to deliver this class of vessel, structured as a single integrated model that is only realized through the Shadowcat framework.

Support vessel projects are inherently complex, involving multiple disciplines, from naval architecture to shipbuilding to operational planning.

Without a clearly defined program, misalignment between stakeholders can lead to design compromises, delays and operational limitations.

SHADOWCAT exists to remove that risk by defining the program from the outset and maintaining alignment throughout development.

SHADOWCAT defines and governs the program end to end, ensuring that what is conceived is what is delivered, with the consistency, capability, and quality that cannot be replicated without the brand itself.

The SHADOWCAT program brings together three specialised areas of expertise into a single coordinated development model.

Rather than separating design, engineering and construction, these disciplines are aligned from the beginning.
